Helping families navigate services, schools, and systems with clarity and care.
Welcome — I’m So Glad You’re Here.
As a foster parent, sister to a young adult with Down syndrome, and parent to a child with mental health and learning differences, I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate schools, services, and systems — especially when you’re advocating for someone you love.
I’m not a lawyer, therapist, social worker, or clinician. What I am is a parent and advocate who’s been in the thick of it — navigating IEPs, crisis plans, therapeutic school placements, system referrals, and everything in between. I bring not just professional insight, but lived experience, empathy, and practical strategies.
I support families through:
Education Advocacy: IEP/504 prep and review, testing summaries, school refusal and re-entry plans, vision and transition development.
Parent Consultation: Coaching around tough behaviors, post-crisis support, scripting for school/home conversations, executive functioning and PDA strategies, and parent-child relationship building.
Systems Navigation: Guidance accessing DDS, DMH, CBHI, SSA, and more — from referrals and applications to care maps and finding the right therapist.
My goal is simple: to help you feel more clear, capable, and confident in advocating for your child — and in taking care of yourself, too.
